1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pest and wildlife management services (“Services”) provided by H&H Pest & Wildlife Management (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or receiving Services, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional pest and wildlife management services within the United Kingdom, including:

  • Bird Control

  • Rodent Control

  • Insect Control

  • Maintenance Plans

  • Commercial Pest Management Services

The specific scope of work for each job will be outlined in your Service Agreement or quotation.

3. Assessment & Treatment

3.1. All treatments are carried out based on our professional assessment.
3.2. Some pests may require multiple visits; this will be specified in your service plan or quotation.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for treatment.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective treatment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the pest issue.

  • Allow full access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Follow all preparation instructions given before treatment.

  • Follow all aftercare/safety guidelines following treatment.

  • Keep pets and children away from treated areas as instructed.

  • Inform us of any hazards on the premises (e.g., aggressive animals, restricted areas, structural issues).

Failure to comply may affect treatment effectiveness. No refunds will be provided for ineffective results caused by customer non-compliance.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment is required upfront for all Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2. Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
5.3. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or quotation.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
6.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
6.3. If we are unable to access the property upon arrival, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

7. No Guarantee Policy

Due to the nature of pests and wildlife activity, and factors outside our control (such as hygiene, building structure, or reinfestation from external sources):

  • No guarantees or warranties are provided on any service unless stated in writing for a specific contract.

Maintenance or monitoring plans may include additional terms, which will be provided separately.

8. Health & Safety

8.1. Treatments are carried out in accordance with UK regulations, including the Control of Pesticides Regulations (COPR).
8.2. Some treatments involve chemicals, traps, or equipment that must not be interfered with.
8.3. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of all persons on the premises.

9. Liability

9.1. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or structural defects.

  • Damage caused by pests themselves.

  • Recurrent or new infestations after treatment completion.

  • Any loss arising from failure to follow our instructions.

9.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Service.

10. Commercial Services

Commercial service agreements may include additional terms covering:

  • Service frequency

  • Reporting

  • Access requirements

  • Monitoring devices

  • Audit compliance

Where applicable, these terms will be provided separately.

11. Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by courts within that jurisdiction.
